Bhaskar Bhat
President Bhaskar Bhat is a visionary leader with a distinguished career spanning over four decades, marked by remarkable achievements in business and social impact. Starting as a Management Trainee at Godrej & Boyce in 1978, he later joined the Tata Watch Project, becoming one of the founding members of Titan Company Limited. Serving as Titan’s Managing Director from 2002 to 2019, Bhaskar played a pivotal role in diversifying the company’s portfolio into eyewear, accessories, fragrances, and sarees, driving its market capitalization from USD 35 million to USD 15 billion. Today, Titan stands as the second-largest Tata Group company, valued at USD 36 billion. In addition to his leadership at Titan, Bhaskar has served on the Boards of several prestigious organizations, including Tata Sons, Tata SIA Airlines (Vistara), Bosch, Trent, Tata Chemicals, and Rallis India. A graduate of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad, he is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from both institutions. As a Partner at CDI Global M&A, he specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory services. With a strong foundation in business planning, capital structure and CSR, he has also held leadership roles at Wipro Finance and SRF Ltd. Srinivasan holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Com from Vivekananda College, Chennai, bringing a rich blend of academic excellence and professional expertise to his endeavors.

Ltd., where he leads initiatives to bridge the employability gap through a cloud-based platform integrating learning, assessment, and placement solutions. His corporate career includes leadership roles at organizations such as Eureka Forbes, UB Group, and Hindustan Unilever, where he successfully drove marketing strategies, operational efficiencies, and business growth. Dilip Rao Trustee
Dilip Rao is a distinguished executive and innovator in the digital finance and technology sectors, based in Sydney, Australia. With a career spanning over four decades, Dilip has pioneered several Australian-first initiatives, including founding Paymate, the country’s first person-to-person payment platform, and launching groundbreaking cross-border online payment services. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a successful boutique management consulting firm and contribute significantly to major Australian banks and corporates through strategic business process re-engineering and IT solutions.
Currently, Dilip serves as a Principal Consultant at Woomera Labs and is actively involved with the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre, where he directs the Australian CBDC Pilot project. Previously, as Global Head of Infrastructure Innovation at Ripple Labs in New York, he played a key role in advancing distributed ledger technologies with central banks and financial institutions worldwide. Dilip is also dedicated to giving back to the community, serving as a founding president of iimpact.org.au and a charter member of TiE Sydney. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, Dilip combines his technical expertise and strategic vision to drive innovation and foster growth in the digital economy.

Urvashi Nair Trustee
Trained in Hotel Administration from Cyprus, Urvashi has previously worked as Manager Sales & Marketing at East India Hotels (Oberoi Group) and The Indian Hotels Company (Taj Group). In addition she has acquired relevant experience in the field of education while working as a consultant with Pallavan – a well-established pre-school in Gurgaon.
Urvashi has an undergraduate degree in English Literature from the U.K. and a Diploma in French from Sorbonne University, Paris.Having chosen to give her time and full commitment to IIMPACT in a purely voluntary capacity, Urvashi has been with the organisation since 2007. Her special area of focus is resource mobilisation and communication, looking to create new opportunities with donors through media and public relations efforts.

He is currently the Dean and Chairman of the Board of Governors at MYRA School of Business, Mysuru, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the institution's growth. With prior experience at organizations like the World Bank, Citibank, and WestLB Asset Management, he has advised governments and central banks on financial markets and derivatives. Additionally, Ambarish founded the Vasishta South Asia Fund and held academic roles at leading business schools, publishing research in corporate finance and risk management.
