Preeti Munjal

Executive Director

A passionate advocate for transforming education, Preeti Munjal is dedicated to redefining learning and driving meaningful change. With an MSc in Human Development from S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai, she brings over two decades of experience in the education sector, spanning early childhood to higher education. Her expertise lies in research, content development, capacity building, and strategic leadership, ensuring impactful outcomes in foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), gender equity, and sustainable education models. Having led curriculum development, teacher training, and large-scale program implementation at IIMPACT and other organizations, Preeti combines grassroots insights with strategic vision to drive systemic change. Committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality), she champions initiatives that empower girls and women through education. Her leadership focuses on innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to bridge learning gaps and create inclusive educational opportunities. With a deep understanding of community-driven interventions and policy advocacy, Preeti aspires to be an inspiring leader, shaping the future of education and ensuring equitable access for all.

Rukmini leads our communications strategy and manages donor relationships, ensuring transparent reporting and effective storytelling about IIMPACT’s work and impact

Rishinath leads partner management, building relationships with funding partners and ensuring effective implementation of grant-funded projects.

Our Program Managers work directly with communities across 11 states in India, serving as the backbone of our organization. They lead program implementation, monitor progress, and foster strong relationships with families, teachers, and local leaders to ensure meaningful educational outcomes.

Each Program Manager oversees a team of Program Officers and Training Officers, working closely with implementing partners in their respective regions. Together, they support multiple learning centers, provide ongoing teacher training, engage with communities, and uphold the quality of education delivered to our students.

With over 1,700 learning centers across India, the programme managers play a pivotal role in making education a reality for thousands of girls in rural communities, driving impact at the grassroots level.
