The fourth quarter marked a significant phase of reflection, consolidation, and forward planning for the IIMPACT Girl Child Education Programme. As the academic year drew to a close, the focus remained on strengthening learning outcomes while deepening engagement with students, teachers, and communities.
Reaching over 51,000 girls across 1,700+ learning centres, the programme continued to make steady progress in foundational literacy and numeracy. Encouraging improvements—particularly in English and numeracy—highlight the impact of consistent, data-driven efforts and focused classroom interventions.
This quarter also saw a strong emphasis on capacity building, with extensive teacher trainings designed to enhance classroom practices and integrate life skills into everyday learning. Initiatives like the Aagaaz events brought learning to life through STEM-based activities, while the expansion of the Mother Literacy Programme further extended the programme’s reach within communities.
Equally important was the continued focus on community participation, with Aarambh Manch sessions, CMC meetings, and volunteering engagements fostering a supportive ecosystem around girls’ education.
As we move into the new academic year, these efforts lay a strong foundation for scaling impact, strengthening systems, and continuing the journey towards empowering every girl through education.
