From Aarambh Manch to International Glory: Anjali Arya’s Inspiring Journey

Anjali Arya Inspiring Journey

At IIMPACT, we believe that education goes beyond textbooks — it is about building confidence, resilience, leadership, and the courage to dream big. Anjali Arya’s remarkable journey is a shining example of how the Aarambh Manch programme is helping girls discover their potential and achieve excellence far beyond the classroom.

Anjali Arya, a student associated with the Aarambh Manch programme at IIMPACT’s Bagjala-4 Learning Centre (LC-03156) supported by Titan Company Limited in Haldwani, Nainital, has brought immense pride to her family, community, and country by winning 2 Gold Medals at the Khelo India Ju-Jitsu Championship held in Sri Lanka on 11–12 April 2026.

Daughter of Mr. Suresh Chandra Arya and Mrs. Mamta Devi, Anjali comes from a modest background where opportunities are often limited. Yet, through determination, discipline, and the right support system, she transformed her aspirations into reality.

A regular and enthusiastic participant in Aarambh Manch life skills sessions, Anjali actively engaged in discussions, activities, and leadership exercises that helped strengthen her confidence, communication skills, self-belief, and emotional resilience. These sessions played an important role in shaping her mindset — encouraging her to face challenges fearlessly and pursue her dreams with determination.

Her journey in Ju-Jitsu began at the district level. With relentless hard work and perseverance, she steadily progressed through state and national championships before earning the honour of representing India on the international stage. Balancing academics, rigorous training, and personal responsibilities was not easy, but Anjali remained committed to her goals every step of the way.

The Aarambh Manch programme focuses on the holistic development of girls by equipping them with essential life skills that help them grow into confident individuals and leaders. Anjali’s achievement beautifully reflects the impact of such interventions — where education, mentorship, and life skills together empower girls to break barriers and dream beyond limitations.

Anjali’s success is a powerful reminder that when girls are given opportunities, encouragement, and the right environment, they can achieve extraordinary milestones on global platforms.

Today, Anjali stands as an inspiration for countless girls across IIMPACT learning centres — proving that confidence, courage, and perseverance can truly change lives.
